Martina is the Principal Lawyer and Founder of Next Chapter Legal Services, bringing over a decade of experience in Australian family law. Martina has lived and breathed the legal industry for more than 30 years. Known for her empathetic yet strategic approach, Martina is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate separation, divorce, parenting matters, and property settlements with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
Before establishing Next Chapter Legal Services, Martina was a senior practitioner at Smythe Wozniak Lawyers, where she earned a strong reputation for her practical advice and client-first mindset. She has acted in a wide range of complex family law matters, including high-conflict parenting disputes, simple and complex financial settlements involving family businesses, and urgent applications in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Martina founded Next Chapter Legal Services Pty Ltd with a vision: to create a modern, client- focused law firm that supports people through life’s most difficult transitions and empowers them to move forward with strength and dignity. She believes in making the legal process as transparent and stress-free as possible, with tailored solutions that reflect each client’s unique circumstances.
